A finance company known as FinanceBuzz is giving out $1,300 (GHC7,781) to the person who will be able to watch some of the scariest movies ever made worldwide. This is for research purpose.
Reason for this research
According to CNN, FinanceBuzz is making this research to find out if the size of a movie’s budget impacts its effectiveness to the audience.
FinanceBuzz needs someone to be a horror movie heart rate analyst, and as the person watches these movies, his or her heart rate will be monitored using Fitbit. The company wants to know if high budget movies scare people more than lower budget ones or it is just a matter of good writing.
Some horror movies that made the list include;
A Quiet Place
The Blair Witch Project
October is definitely a good time for this research because it is the month of horror and all things spooky (Halloween).
How to Apply
The lucky candidate will be required to watch the listed movies between October 9 and October 18.
You will wear a Fitbit tracker provided by the company to monitor your heart rate and an additional $50 will be added to the $1,300 reward money.
And to apply, fill out this form telling the company why you think you are the best for this research.
Application ends September 26 and the winner will be selected October 1 2021. Good Luck to all applicants.
